Whether you’re working with me for EMDR therapy or with another trusted therapist elsewhere, Neurofeedback can support your nervous system from the inside out. It helps your brain learn how to shift out of survival mode and into a more flexible, regulated state—so healing becomes not just possible, but sustainable.
What Is Neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback is like personal training for your brain. Using real-time feedback from your brain’s electrical activity, it gently teaches your brain to move toward balance, regulation, and resilience.

As your brain learns to shift into healthier patterns, you may notice:

How It Works
We begin with a QEEG brain map, a non-invasive scan that shows us where your brain might be stuck in patterns of overactivity, shutdown, or imbalance. This is performed by Jessica Eure, LPC, BCN, BCB, QEEG-D—a seasoned expert in the field and my Neurofeedback mentor.
From there, under Jessica’s guidance and consultation, we develop a personalized Neurofeedback protocol based on your brain patterns and goals. This collaboration means you’re not just getting “plug-and-play” feedback—you’re getting tailored care, backed by clinical expertise.
Two Ways to Train Your Brain
💥 Option 1: EMDR + Neurofeedback Combo
If you're already working with me or plan to begin EMDR, this is a powerful combo that supports nervous system regulation while we process trauma.
You’ll have:
1-2 60 minute intake session(s) with Jen.
A QEEG brain map with Jessica
Ongoing weekly EMDR & Neurofeedback therapy with me
1–2 Neurofeedback training sessions per week in our private NF room
Personalized support and integration throughout
This option is ideal if your nervous system needs co-regulation while doing deep trauma work.
🧠 Option 2: Standalone Neurofeedback
Don’t need EMDR right now? No problem. You can still benefit from brain training—whether you're seeing another therapist or just want nervous system support on its own.
You’ll have:
1-2 60 minute intake session(s) with Jen.
A QEEG brain map with Jessica
Weekly Neurofeedback session with Jen.
1–2 Neurofeedback training sessions per week in our private NF room.
This is a great fit for anyone managing anxiety, reactivity, sleep challenges, or chronic emotional overwhelm—no matter who your primary therapist is.
Why I Chose This Path
I’m currently training under Jessica M. Eure, LPC, BCN, BCB, QEEG-D of the Virginia Center for Neurofeedback and working toward Board Certification through BCIA. I chose this path because I’ve seen firsthand how much faster and more stable healing becomes when we bring the brain into the conversation.
