7 × 1.5-hour Group Consultation Meetings that includes a review of EMDR basic concepts and Advanced Topics to increase skill base
10 × Individual Consultation Sessions - including review of 1 or 2 recorded EMDR sessions
Curated Resources + Tools for integrative approaches
Guidance through EMDRIA certification steps & choosing meaningful advanced trainings (Need 12 EMDRIA credits of advanced trainings)
All consultations count toward EMDRIA certification requirements.

I’m Jen Viola — EMDR Consultant-in-Training (CIT), trauma therapist, and ADHDer.
I specialize in complex trauma, OCD (I-CBT + EMDR), phobias, anxiety, and those brilliantly complex clients who never seem to fit in the manual. I also run EMDR Intensives and extended sessions designed to reach the root of stuck patterns fast. I integrate the Safe and Sound Protocol, and I’m currently completing certification in Neurofeedback to further support nervous system regulation.
My style? Relational. Raw. Real. I bring humor, authenticity, and a “let’s-get-in-the-mud-and-figure-it-out” energy to every consult.
